BATTERY START POWER TESTER

Display the voltage of the batttery and test the starting power.
Operation mode:
- Plug the start power tester onto the battery.
- Specify the cold-start capability (CCA) as shown on the battery.
- Charge the battery for 10 seconds (load button).
- Read the overall remaining battery capacity.
