A lighted driving aid panel
With a view to continuously improving the safety of equipment, Hydrokit has developed a new innovative solution selected at the SIMA Awards 2021 which enables the exchange of information between drivers. A panel with a luminous text is installed on the side of the self-propelled truck's cab allowing it to be seen by the trailer driver. The self-propelled driver can thus indicate to the trailer driver to move forward or slow down depending on the filling during threshing or silage work.
Two different indications are present on this sign:

ACCELERATES: requests to move forward relative to the self-propelled vehicle.

RALENTIS : request to slow down the trailer in relation to the self-propelled vehicle
The driver of the self-propelled machine presses switches or pedals in the cab to indicate actions.

An economical version
The economic version has a simpler panel equipped with two lights (red and orange) and very comprehensible "Hare" and "Tortoise" pictograms. The electrical control, on the other hand, remains identical to the standard version.
