The integrated wheel cleaner
A self-contained and efficient cleaning system
In order to improve the safety of equipment and users, Hydrokit has developed an innovative solution to clean the wheels of running equipment. This solution was selected at the SIMA Awards 2021, and was also awarded a "Sommet d'Or" at the Sommet de l'élevage 2021 The system sprays water under pressure, via the tractor's hydraulics, and applies it in localised jets to the tractor's wheels and those of the attached equipment. Automatic management of the system axle by axle allows for optimised cleaning while driving.
Three different uses are possible with this solution:

Cleaning of the whole equipment with the hydro-sweeping lance

Extinguishing a fire outbreak
The aim is also to protect road users and users of the road by avoiding accidents due to a road deteriorated by soil or mud.
Benefits
1 - SAFETY: clean pavement -> less risk of accidents. Accident = driver responsibility.
2 - DISCREET : nozzle holders are integrated under the mudguards.
3 - OPTIMIZED : axles cleaned separately. The cleaning will always be done at the same place in the field or exit from the field
4 - TIPS : a box manages the different axles according to the progress of the set.
5 - PRACTICAL : possibility to clean the set thanks to the included hose.
