Limitation of movement
Access all work sites, even those with movement constraints (low ceiling, power line, cabin...)
This solution allows you to block movement from the cab.
- Simple to use: put the arm in the max position and validate by pressing the corresponding button on the box in the cab
- Momentary or permanent deactivation
- Secure system in case of cut wires, fuse out of order: the movement will be cut - troubleshooting by manual, indexed, emergency control of the hydraulic controls
Operation
- Sensors (accelerometers, angle sensors, ...) detect the mutual position of the different arms, buckets, ...
- A control box in the cabin allows to define the extreme positions, to exceed these positions
- This box permanently controls the position of the arms in relation to the authorised limits
- Solenoid valves cut off the movement controls
